Stephan R. Wilcox, CPA
Stephan has worked in public accounting since 1993, and hold his CPA designation in the state of Georgia. He has extensive experience preparing income tax returns for both individuals and businesses, auditing of nonprofit organizations and local governments, and accounting, bookkeeping, business consulting, and software consulting services for businesses. He has worked his entire professional career in public accounting. He holds a degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration with a major in accounting from the University of Alabama. 



Randall E. Bivings, CPA 
Randall has worked in public accounting since 1984, and holds CPA designations in the states of Arkansas and Georgia. He has experience preparing income tax returns for both individuals and businesses, auditing of local governments and nonprofit organizations, and accounting and bookkeeping services for businesses. He has worked his entire professional career in public accounting.  He holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Arkansas.



Lisa K. Wilcox, CPA
Lisa has worked in both public and corporate accounting since 1990, and holds her CPA designation in the state of Georgia. She has extensive experience preparing corporate income tax returns, and works with homeowner associations. She holds a degree of Master of Tax Accounting, and a degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration with a major in accounting from the University of Alabama.
